My Go-To Pesto
Gluten-Free | Vegan
Ingredients:
2 cups basil, packed
2-3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup raw almonds
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Procedure:
In food processor add basil and garlic. Pulse until the garlic is in small pieces.
Add raw almonds and a large pinch of salt. Run food processor adding extra virgin olive oil as you go.
Once all oil is added. Adjust taste with salt.
