Chef Tina has been working as a high-end private chef in the Hamptons + NYC, a culinarian for wellness retreats, preparing family meals, and food writing for the past decade. 

I was formally trained at Le Cordon Bleu where I learned the art of French cuisine. Upon graduation I was drawn to the energy of kitchen life as a line cook but I still found myself longing to still be in front of the clients. I decided to split my time  between cooking + working in front of the house.  

Spending the majority of my young adult years working late-nights and then sleeping all day was the perfect recipe for an unhealthy life. I decided to change my lifestyle and immerse myself in plant based cuisine, fitness, nutrition, meditation, and mental health. 

I now create seasonal plant-based recipes + lifestyle meals using classic techniques. All the while keeping it seasonal, practical, and flavorful!
