Honey Dijon Salmon

Gluten-Free | Dairy-Free

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon filets (16oz/168g) bones removed, skin on

  • To taste kosher salt & black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons (1oz/30g) Dijon mustard 

  • 1 tablespoons 3 teaspoons (6oz/17g)honey  

  • 1 tablespoon (1.1oz/12g) olive oil 

Procedure:

  1. Put the oven on broil. Move top rack down to 2nd row. 

  2. In a small bowl whisk Dijon, honey, and oil together. Season each salmon filet with salt +pepper. Brush each filet with dijon sauce. Lay on a baking sheet. Broil for 8 minutes (if it starts to blacken in spots move salmon down to the bottom row. 

    *Triple sauce recipe if using for salad dressing too

    Make note for the charred salmon! Deep flavors with sweetness ..YUM!
