GREEN SMOOTHIE 

1 (12oz) serving 

Ingredients

1 cup loosely packed baby spinach

1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen 

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

2 tablespoons lime juice 

1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder

1 Β½ cup water or non-dairy milk

Procedure: 

  1. Rinse your spinach. Then In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth, about 5 minutes. 

  2. If needed add more liquid to help blend the smoothie to your desired consistency.

Notes:

  1. Mango is a great substitute for pineapple! 

  2.  Truvani is my favorite plant based protein powder
